How long will it take to get my order?

Domestic Shipping

For orders within Australia, we ship via Australia Post Express. Delivery times align with official Australia Post Express schedules and typically take 1–3 business days.

Order Processing

In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Custom Orders

Once your custom design and specifications are finalised, crafting typically takes about two weeks. As soon as your bespoke piece is complete, we will notify you and ship it within one business day.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, in-stock items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or refund, provided pieces are in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom & Bespoke Pieces

Pang values the craftsmanship and dedication involved in making each unique piece of special occasion jewellery. Therefore, we do not offer refunds/returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or repair immediately.

How to care for a pearl product?

Pearls are organic gems that require extra care to maintain their natural lustre and shine.

  • Last On, First Off: Always apply perfume, hairspray, makeup, and lotions before putting on your pearls, and remove them before sleeping or bathing.

  • Gentle Cleaning: Wipe your pearls with a soft, damp cloth after each wear to remove body oils and perspiration. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, ultrasonic cleaners, and abrasive cloths.

  • Proper Storage: Store your pearls flat in a soft cloth pouch or lined box, separate from other hard gemstone jewellery to prevent scratching.

  • Avoid Water: Do not submerge strung pearls in water, as moisture can weaken the silk thread over time.
