At S.L.Pang Boutique & Design, every piece of jewellery is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely to you.

1. Order Processing Times

In-Stock Jewellery: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Custom & Bespoke Pieces: Crafting typically takes about 2 weeks once your design and requirements are finalized. As soon as your custom piece is complete, we will notify you and dispatch it within 1 business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post Express to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Delivery Timeframe: Express postage usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on Australia Post's official schedules.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

3. International Shipping

We offer international delivery via standard and express tracked courier services. Delivery times and rates vary depending on your location and will be calculated separately. We will not ship the order internationally until fee and address is confirm with customer. Please contact us at SLPangBD@gmail.com for assistance.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival.

4. Local Brisbane Markets & Pickups If you prefer to collect your order or view our pieces in person, we regularly pop up at local Brisbane markets! Follow us on Instagram for our latest market schedule and location updates.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages All orders are packaged securely. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at SLPangBD@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist you.
